Notice of Custodian Engagement & Transition
Date: January 08, 2026
Status: ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT
Authority: NVC Fund Holding Trust Board of Trustees
1. Executive Summary
While Ibrands Corporation (IBRC) maintains the necessary operating staff and initial licenses required for connection to foundational financial infrastructures, the NVC Fund Holding Trust has determined that the scale of its 56.7 Trillion+ asset base requires the engagement of an additional, specialized Institutional Custodian.
This engagement is a strategic move to ensure that the responsibilities of asset safekeeping, institutional clearing, and multi-rail settlement are managed by a counterparty with the specific global reach and regulatory standing required for "Level 1" sovereign-grade operations.
2. Current Operational Status
- IBRC Role: Acting Operating Interface & Primary Connector.
- Infrastructure Status: Connected to major clearing networks (DTC/Euroclear/Clearstream).
- Custodian Search: The Trust is currently vetting a shortlist of global Tier-1 custodial banks.
3. Responsibilities of the Appointed Custodian
The incoming Custodian will take on primary responsibility for: 1. Direct Asset Safekeeping: Holding the primary title and documentation for Trust assets. 2. Settlement Finality: Providing the ultimate guarantee of settlement for high-value NVCT/USD conversions. 3. Reporting & Compliance: Serving as the definitive source of truth for public audits and regulatory inquiries.
4. Transitional Governance
During this engagement period, IBRC will transition into a Settlement Gateway role, focusing on the technological interface between the Trust’s digital assets (NVCT) and the Custodian’s traditional financial infrastructure.
