As per the Custodian Engagement Notice (January 08, 2026), IBRC is currently facilitating the transition of primary custodial responsibilities to a specialized global Tier-1 institutional counterparty. During this period, IBRC maintains its connectivity and staff functions while focusing on its role as the primary Settlement Gateway for the NVC digital asset ecosystem.
